“Jesus, if You’re real, I need You.”

Years of pain from childhood abuse had turned into anger toward God, and a depression deep enough that he wondered whether his life was worth living. At Young & Creative he began to believe he wasn’t too broken, too angry, or too far gone. Where hopelessness had convinced him his story was over, he met the unconditional love of Jesus.

Bryant walked into Creative Church with his life headed somewhere he knew he couldn’t keep going — and his choices were costing his marriage and his family. Then Jesus changed everything. Today his marriage has healed, his family is together and in church, and what looked like it was falling apart is being rebuilt.

“It started with an invitation.”

Severe depression and suicidal thoughts had consumed her life, and led to a suicide attempt. Then a simple invitation to a Young Adults worship night showed up online, and she decided to go. That night she encountered the love of Jesus. Today she no longer struggles with depression, is no longer taking medication, and her relationship with her mom has been restored.
